[Pkg-alsa-devel] Possible bug for kernel 2.4.26

Dear all,
in the past few days I tried to compile ALSA-drivers
for the 2.4 kernel with little or no success. I tried
to compile different versions of the ALSA-drivers, but
I always got the same errors...

I think (even if I'm not sure) this could be a bug,
maybe not, I would appreciate your comments...

The kernel I used is a patched version of the debian
2.4.26 kernel that is intended to run on a cirrus arm9
cpu, you can find it here:

ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/sources/tskernel-2.4.26-ts11-oct132006-src.tar.gz

In order to compile the kernel, you need crosstool
chain (from Kegel or from here
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/cross-toolchains/crosstool-linux-gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2-0.28rc39.tar.bz2)

The ALSA drivers always complain of a struct
redefinition, as you can see here:

What can you tell me about this?

Thanks a lot
Best regards
Andrea
