Ok, if I manually load snd_seq_oss and unload it, I'm not able to reproduce
the problem that way either. I'll leave it up to the alsa-utils maintainer
to decide whether the bug should be closed or reassigned, but at least it's
pretty clear that it's not a bug in alsaconf if it can be reproduced by just
modprobe -r'ing the module.
