1.0.14 ist prepared and *quilted* -> svn r1890 ;)

alsa-driver -> We have to wait for the final l10n patch before
               upload. Christian suggested next weekend or so.
alsa-lib -> finished
alsa-oss -> finished
alsa-plugins -> finished
alsa-tools -> finished
alsa-utils -> finished

Uploaders, please take a test of the quilt system.

One question: in alsa-driver and alsa-utils the package provides a
PATCHES.Debian file in the doc dir. Is that really needed? These are
infos for an advanced user, who is able to study the package source,
though.
