Package: gcc-4.1
Version: 4.1.2-5
Severity: important
I tried to build alsa-lib 1.0.14~rc3. On both PPC and I486 it stops:
cd bibuild && CC="gcc -m64" ../configure --prefix=/usr \
--mandir=\${prefix}/share/man \
--infodir=\${prefix}/share/info \
--datadir=\${prefix}/share \
--host=powerpc-linux-gnu \
--enable-static --disable-maintainer-mode
configure: WARNING: If you wanted to set the --build type, don't use --host.
If a cross compiler is detected then cross compile mode will be used.
