What does almost inaudible mean? Zero or dancing on the scale?
Well, please try as root:
# rm /var/lib/alsa/asound.state
# /etc/init.d/alsa-utils restart
Report tge result.
Next time you'll report a bug, please use reportbug or at least, if
bot familiar with the console, reportbug-ng.
