Package: libsdl1.2
Severity: important
Justification: Policy 8.6
Version: 1.2.7+1.2.8cvs20041007-3
The latest upload 1.2.7+1.2.8cvs20041007-3 includes this change:

+libasound 2 libasound2 (>= 1.0.7-3)
\ No newline at end of file
-------------
Therefore overriding the shlibs file of libasound2 (libasound2
1.0.7-4 specifies (>> 1.0.5) as dependency.), this will break horribly
once libasound2 bumps its dependencies, a libsdl built against
libasound2 will suddenly have dependencies which are not strict enough.
If libsdl compiled against libasound2 (>= 1.0.7-3) requires a
libasound2 (>= 1.0.7-3) then this is a rc bug in libasound2, working
around this in libsdl is not a solution.
