[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#447736: change dependency "python" to "python-minimal"

Running Etch on an Arm handheld it looks like using python-minimal is 
sufficient for the use of the alsa-utils. Changing this dependency would save 
precious memory without reducing functionality IMHO.
