[Pkg-alsa-devel] RFC: switching to git

hi!

I think I can't grasp svn-buildpackage: those weird multi-projects
branches/tags, and upstream tarballs (although for some reasons, they
are not in pkg-alsa). That's why I converted the svn repo to git. It
would also help to work on derivative distributions, like maemo.

It also make sense because upstream is now using git, and because
other important stuff, like pulseaudio, use git as well. Fortunately,
project like GStreamer are also switching to git. I hope pkg-gstreamer
will switch too.

It's missing "upstream" branches and tags for the moment, gitweb and
git-server links are not yet updated. I'll let you check it, and
decide:
