[Pkg-alsa-devel] 1.0.18 uploads and alsa-plugins changes

Hi Elimar and others,

Thanks for working on 1.0.18. I just uploaded the first two bits, -driver
and -lib, to experimental.

I also merged my rotting local changes to your changes in a pair of places.
Most notably, I applied the biarch patch we had in the BTS now that 
both Ubuntu and Debian are starting new releases, to see how it goes.

Ubuntu maintainers: please give the -plugins changes a spin, I haven't
compiled it yet as we're build-depending on alsa-lib 1.0.18 which is in
incoming right now, and I'm lazy enough to setup a local repo. :)

Also, I've been talking to TheMuso about trying to merge whatever is usable
from the Ubuntu delta in the Debian packaging. I think many packages will
be able to drop the Ubuntu changes with a bit of rationaling here.
