[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#505090: alsa-lib: please install asoundrc.txt file

The file doc/asoundrc.txt is not installed; please install it in a
place where users (not only people installing libasound-dev) will have
it, e.g. /usr/share/doc/libasound2/asoundrc.txt.gz
