I have not any usb audio device.
Today the problem appear again: ALSA select the 'keyboard' sound card as
default. So I follow your instructions. The blacklist was successfully
created. I'm gonna reboot to check if it's working fine now.
My ALSA version is:

Do you have an usb audio device? If not do as root:
# echo "blacklist snd_usb_audio" > /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist_local
and try again (reboot or whatever)
Else tell us what alsa version you have installed:
# dpkg -l | grep alsa
