Try:
# echo "blacklist snd_pcsp" > /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.local
This file won't be purged by updates.

This comes from:
$ grep -r pcsp /etc/udev/*
/etc/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-input.rules:DRIVERS=="pcspkr", ENV{ID_CLASS}="spkr"
If the above dosn't help try to comment the pcspkr line in
/etc/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-input.rules.
