Also I give more details about this system.
The kernel enables only two sound cards,

# for f in $(ls -1 /proc/asound/card[0-9]*/id) ; do echo $f ; cat $f ; done
/proc/asound/card0/id
VT82xx
/proc/asound/card1/id
Camera

therefore, the alsa-utils start routine executes the amixer program for 
a "pcsp" device that not exists,

attached is a log of the alsa-utils starting process,
with bash command echo enabled,
