[Pkg-alsa-devel] Missing alsaconf

Hello, 

is there any obvious explanation for purging of the file /usr/sbin/alsaconf in 
Debian testing-package alsa-utils 1.0.19-2 i386-Architecture ? 

Downloaded that package twice, but not according to the file list 

http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/i386/alsa-utils/filelist

there is no alsaconf included.
