I've done the Upgrade from lenny to squeeze, installed alsa-source from squeeze, but this problem still exists.

You can install alsa-source from squeeze or sid and compile the one
needed by your own but we won't do a backport to Lenny. The best
would be to switch either to squeeze or sid to meet all features for
your Eee PC. The 1.0.20 drivers are included by default in the
2.6.30 k.ernel, which runs very stable ;-)
