[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#544459: alsa-driver: Wrongly encoded Spanish translation file for debconf messages

The recently added debian/po/es.po file claims to be UTF-8 encoded while it
is ISO-8859-1.

Fixed file attached.

I just fixed the header: another option would be 
"iconv -f iso-8859-1 -t utf-8 es.po >es-new.po". Another option would be
replacing it with the Catalan translation and finally start world
domination.:)
