The alsa-lib package currently build-depends on python2.4-dev. However,
python2.4 isn't the default python any more, and alsa-lib doesn't actually
detect python2.4 in its build since python2.4-dev installs python2.4-config,
not python-config.

The package should be updated to build-depend on python-dev instead of
selecting a particular version of python.
