Hmm, what is the output of:

# grep -ri "dev\/snd" /etc/udev/*

As supposed in /proc/asound/version, the _driver_ version is
mentioned.
# apt-get install alsa-source

Follow the instructions in /usr/share/doc/alsa-source/README.Debian
for installing drivers of version 1.0.19. The drivers are either
distributed by the kernel or are provided by compiling them as
described in README.Debian.
