No. Read http://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control on how o do it by
your self. If you're going to file bugs in the future it is strongly
recomended to use 'reportbug'.

Your build system seems to be broken. Lenny isn't prefered to build
alsa-lib from sid. If yout really want to rebuild alsa-libs you need
to do it in a chroot. 

Check 'apt-cache show pbuilder' for example. As we don't support
lenny (except security bugs) I'll close this bug hereby. There won't
be a fix for version 1.0.16-2.

alsa-lib builds fine as you can check the build logs at
http://buildd.debian.org/pkg.cgi?pkg=alsa-lib.

Please check this file. It helps to find bugs ;-)

Yeah, but alsa-lib builds multiple times ;-)
But at the moment I don't know why you want to rebuild alsa-lib?
