FYI pulseaudio is _not_ a sound driver but a sound server. You
should hear sound with every ALSA soundcard with out any pulseaudio
participation.

I don't. Your soundcard will work.

What does Mb and mb mean? Well it is not reproducible for me as a
user.

No, I can't reproduce and won't test pulseaudio.
