Your PCM is muted. Impossible to hear sound with that.

It would be really a good idea to unmutie PCM. Just start alsamixer
in a console. Navigate with the arrow left/right keys to the "PCM"
panel. Press m to unmute ( MM on bottom will disapear),

and adjust the level with arrow up/down.
