You're missing headers! That is not alsa's fault. The last Debian
kernel where the headers are correct is 2.6.30, though.

linux-headers-2.6.30-1-common: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.30-1-common/include/linux/kmod.h

2.6.32 includes alsa-1.0.21
