Build of alsa-modules from source using module assistant (m-a a-i
alsa-source) fails with the error 
cp: cannot stat `../../alsa-kernel/include/*.h': No such file or directory
(Full build log attached - this is the "before" case)
Upon examination, the alsa-kernel/include directory contains no header
files. Placing an empty file "fake.h" in the include directory, eliminates 
that error, but causes several more (see "after" build log, also
attached)
