[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#604725: alsa-base: when 2 users logged on and 1st plays sound via vlc the other user cant get sound

When 1st user plays some music with VLC and the other user tries to play sound
as well, it wont work. The following message appears:

Potential ALSA version problem:
VLC failed to initialize your sound output device (if any).
Please update alsa-lib to version 1.0.23-2-g8d80d5f or higher to try to fix
this issue.

If the 2nd one starts first, everything works fine.
