[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#623183: alsa-utils: Please consider adding armhf/linux-any to architecture

please add armhf to the architecture list; it appears to build fine on armhf.

alternately, change the architecture for alsa-utils to "linux-any" (or simply 
"any") to allow it to be built on new architectures without requiring a source 
upload.
