To solve audio problem with this machine setup, just download and install
official Realtek drivers from here:
http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Or, you can also upgrade ALSA's version to its latest:
http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Main_Page
