[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#653542: alsa-source: module-assistant fails to install mudules with non-standard kernel, README.Debian is outdated

module-assistant fails to auto-install the more recent alsa-modules from
'alsa-source'-package when running a non-standard custom built kernel. It issues an error
about missing kernel-headers, although there are configured kernel-sources present, which
should be sufficient for this task. The file README.Debian in /usr/share/doc/alsa-source/
describes building a modules-package with make-kpkg this did not work for me either. The
communication in Debian is bad. Most maintainers do not tell me whether they need more
info, or what about fixing the reported problems.
