[Pkg-alsa-devel] lib32asound2-plugins: Missing a52 libs

The package description of lib32asound2-plugins mentions a52 encoding, but
the package is actually missing the respective lib.

libasound2-plugins installs /usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_pcm_a52.so
and /usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_pcm_speex.so, but
lib32asound2-plugins does not install the 32bit equivalents.

Package version: 1.0.23-1+b1 / Debian Testing, Squeeze

apt-file reports no other packages providing the missing libs for 32bit, so
this breaks my whole sound setup for 32bit (including wine).

I think the a52 lib should be included since it's even mentioned in the
package description.
