The attached patch fixes the build error. Basically Boost 1.46 changed
the API for the Filesystem module, as can be seen here:

http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_46_1/libs/filesystem/v3/doc/deprecated.html

The patch allows the build to succeed on both Filesystem API versions.
