Thanks for clarifying this matter. However, the package 'alsa-base' is
still at version 1.0.23. Version 1.0.24 is needed for wheezy.

Are you aware that libasound2 version has been at 1.0.24.1 for months
now and that just recently version 1.0.25 was uploaded to unstable.
That's why I renamed this bug, because it should have been closed, but
it pertains to the state of the alsa-base package more than the rest
of the alsa packages.
