Hi,
Thanks for maintaining alsa. 
I have a known problem with HBR audio (DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD) on my intel hda chipset in ubuntu quantal. I know that there is a patch for that from Xingchao and Takashi. Thus, I upgraded ubuntu kernel to 3.7 using ppa. What I need now is to upgrade alsa-lib and utils to version 1.0.26. I prefer using a package instead of compiling sources in order not to brake dependencies.

How can I get 1.0.26 version of libasound2*, alsa-base, alsa-utils, linux-sound-base packages (and any others needed)? Is there a ppa or something?
