Hello, I also had this sound problem with html5 videos in Iceweasel (no problems with flash videos) since I migrated from Wheezy to Jessie this week. I manually downgraded libasound2-plugins from 1.0.27 to 1.0.25 and my problem is solved (temporarily). Thanks.
