[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#710185: alsa-utils: Please make Multi-Arch: foreign

Could you please make alsa-utils officially Multi-Arch: foreign?
Since it merely contains executables, it should safely qualify.  My
concern is not merely theoretical, as sl-modem-daemon depends on
alsa-utils and just went i386-only.
