I've requested for bug reassignment to libasound2-plugins/alsa-plugins
as the bug breaks not only the alsaplayer. It broke my Iceweasel Flash
plugin audio output via ALSA plug to the JACK server as well.

Downgrade helped but it's surely not an ultimate solution.
