I looked at the package, and have two questions:

a) I notice that the upload target says UNRELEASED. Did you mean to
upload to unstable or experimental?
b) I tried to compile against libav10, but noticed that the rate-lavc
plugin relies on the long-deprecated resample code in libavcodec. This
plugin needs to be ported to libavresample at some point. Since I
believe the a52 plugin is more critical, let me suggest the attached
patch that disable it for now.

I'll ask for help on the rate-lavc plugin in the mean time.
