[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#783368: alsa-utils: alsa cookie created on /var/run before /run is mounted

Dear Maintainer,

I always end-up with some files writen at /var mountpoint,
( /var is a separate filesystem)

systemd complains a bit about it,
avr 26 14:36:15 antec systemd[1]: var.mount: Directory /var to mount over is
not empty, mounting anyway.

for the rest, everything works file, the cookie is re-created again
in /run tmpfs; so tagged as 'minor'.

I thought again of this because of #783321
