     installing wine32 on amd64 OS

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or 
     ineffective)?

      used apt --fix-broken install

   * What was the outcome of this action? 
    
      same as in report

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

 apt would allow me to install other softwares and libraries as dependecies are solved
