If rst2man is detected by the configure scripts, rst2man
will attempt to be called on alsaucm/alsaucm.rst.

For some reason, that file is not shipped in the upstream
source (!?). At least until a proper upstream version
with alsaucm.rst present is packaged, rst2man conversion
should be disabled.

Alternatively, you could just build-dep on python-docutils
and package the new upstream version, which seems to have
the file in question.
