[Pkg-alsa-devel] Debian packaging improvements

Hi all,

I've done a merge request which improves the debian packaging in regards 
with desktop integration :
https://salsa.debian.org/alsa-team/alsa-tools/merge_requests/2

I don't know if this merge request is enough or if something more or 
different is needed from my side.
Please let me know if so.
