Hi,
Similar issue here on Lenovo T14/P14s AMD (Debian "Bullseye" up to date as at today).
Adding use_ucm=no in /etc/pulse/default.pa as below enables sound on built in speakers but also seems to remove HDMI sound and causes microphone issues within Gnome sound settings.

### Automatically load driver modules depending on the hardware available
.ifexists module-udev-detect.so
load-module module-udev-detect use_ucm=no

Also, if it helps, Arch seem to be working through similar issues:

Thanks.
