[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#1055756: libasound2: some legacy midi apps (e.g. Chromium WebMIDI) are broken by alsa-lib 1.2.10

Dear Alsa team,

alsa-lib 1.2.10 implements UMP support for seq.

Unfortunately, it breaks chromium WebMIDI at least partially.

This is a chromium bug, actually, but since it is a regression, upstream
has implemented a workaround for it:
