[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#1138798: alsa-ucm-conf: please package 1.2.16

For some reason Debian's watch system isn't showing the 1.2.16 version
of ALSA packages as available. Nevertheless, it was released on June
1st. Please consider packaging it (together with the rest of ALSA
packages). Thanks!
