Please do not accept anthy 1:0.3-5.1 in NEW queue.

My NMU of anthy 1:0.3-5.1 was not good idea.  It is in the NEW queue due
to binary package uses versioned -dev package name.  But it was a bad
idea (#878270).

I made anthy 1:0.3-6 as a team upload.  This is not going into NEW queue.

I think anthy 1:0.3-6 prevents anthy 1:0.3-5.1 to migrate to unstable.
Just to be sure, I am filing this bug.
