[pkg-anthy-devel] UTF-8 encoding change

I put a wiki page:

For the important change by Aoki-san, I think that adding a line:

    anthy_xstr_set_print_encoding (ANTHY_UTF8_ENCODING);

to calctrns/proccorpus.c gives us an equivalent result, and it's enough.

I'd like to avoid any ABI changes, because it requres update of .so name
(and it would require transition process in Debian, if we care).
