Ah, right. Indeed, the bits that needed this dependency were removed
a while ago. I've thus dropped the dependency and pushed the change to
our collab-maint/apparmor-experimental bzr branch.

Yes, I think so. dracut support in Debian is still best effort,
patches welcome AFAIK.

I suspect that you're right, and that you'll see this problem again,
independently of AppArmor.
