[pkg-apparmor] 2.9~pre~something in experimental

Hi,

since 2.8.4 is still not out, I was bored (joke) and finally found the
time (only 3.5 hours... would have been half with Git, I think) to
prepare an upload of the 2.9~ branch to experimental.

I merged the Ubuntu changes, resolved a lot of conflicts, reapplied
some of our changes that we should keep (some of them should be
forwarded upstream, BTW, and some of our packaging improvements should
be pushed to Ubuntu), and quickly tested it. I've not noticed any
regression, except even more "rules not enforced" messages about the
new dbus, etc. mediation. Note that this package, just like current
Ubuntu's, is based on a Bazaar snapshot that predates the real
2.9~beta2 upstream release. It would be great to merge 2.9~beta2, but
I don't think I'll do it any time soon.

Then, updating debian/copyright took me a full hour, and I won't
pretend it's perfect yet. Wow, that was unexpected.

Uploaded to experimental, pushed to
bzr+ssh://$(whoami)@bzr.debian.org/bzr/collab-maint/apparmor-experimental/

(Which makes me think we should not have taken the apparmor/ namespace
for our master branch, but oh well, I'm not sure how to fix it:
any takers?)

Please test!

Cheers,
