[pkg-apparmor] Bug#750844: probably a duplicate ;-)

Hello,

the problem with kern.log / syslog sounds like a duplicate of bug 771400 
and https://bugs.launchpad.net/apparmor/+bug/1399027

This was fixed in libapparmor in the 2.9.1 release, however an 
additional  patch for the python tools was commited later. This means 
the second half of the fix will be included in 2.9.2.
