I had no particular reason to do so, except that I copied what we agreed
on for the PackageMaintainers page.

I have no strong feelings about this, but I don't think it's useful to
add another level of pages here. Your suggestion would require creating
another "Contribute" page, right?

I think i have made that clearer now.

I added that to the todo list.
I completely agree that navigation needs to be worked on. I will make a
proposal on how I suggest to do it soonish.
