The easiest way would be to add it to debian/README.source in the
corresponding package. But it would be nicer to have all such doc on
the wiki.

After a quick look at how the navigation flow for potential
contributors currently is, I think that AppArmor/Contribute should be
the place where all ways to help are documented, and the only page
linked to from https://wiki.debian.org/AppArmor#How_to_contribute.

=> I would add a bullet point in the "How to help" section on
   AppArmor/Contribute.

I'm not sure we're on the same page, as we've had
https://wiki.debian.org/AppArmor/Contribute for a while :)
