[pkg-apparmor] profiles for anope, inspircd

I have been working on apparmor profiles for inspircd and anope.  (I
understand anope is in NEW at this time, but not certain -- the target
for the apparmor profile is 2.0.2.  inspircd is targetted at 2.0.17,
though it may like 2.0.5 too.)

The question of the day is, what package should deliver these profiles?
apparmor-profiles, apparmor-profiles-extra, or the individual packages
themselves?

Please advise, and I'll file bugs with patches as appropriate.
